These terms govern use of buycarincyprus.cy. Vehicle-specific purchases, bids, reservations and deposits are also subject to the written quote, order or contract and the Deposit & Bidding Terms.

The website helps you research cars and start a purchase or import conversation. A listing, estimate or AI suggestion is not a confirmed sale until the vehicle, price and next step are accepted through the stated process.
1. Website operator
The website is operated by Gloria Motors Services Ltd, trading as CyprusAutoService and Buy Car in Cyprus, at 13 Alexandrou Ypsilanti, Larnaca 6027, Cyprus.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the website, you agree to these terms. Account, bidding, reservation and purchasing services are for adults who can enter a binding agreement. If you act for a company, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
3. Vehicle information, availability and prices
- Listings, photos, specifications, auction data and availability may originate from third-party suppliers and can change quickly.
- We take reasonable steps to present useful information, but a typographical, translation, supplier or synchronization error may occur.
- A final EUR price or estimate shown online must be confirmed for the specific vehicle before a bid, reservation or purchase.
- Once a written final EUR price and its inclusions are confirmed, that confirmation controls, subject to client-requested changes, mandatory authority charges or other exceptions expressly stated in writing.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
- Provide accurate information and keep login details secure.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit fraudulent information or use automated tools to scrape or copy listings at scale.
- We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data, suppliers or the service.
5. Enquiries, AI guidance and vehicle transactions
An enquiry or AI recommendation does not reserve a car and is not professional, legal, tax or financial advice. A bid or reservation is placed only through the applicable confirmation process. Vehicle transactions are governed by the vehicle-specific written documents and the Deposit & Bidding Terms; if they conflict with this general page, the more specific written term applies to that transaction.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, original text, brand material, software and other content owned by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the website for personal or authorised business research, but may not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit our content without written permission. Third-party vehicle images and data remain subject to their respective rights.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to payment, messaging, maps, social media, auction, vehicle data or other third-party services. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers. We are not responsible for a third-party site, but this does not affect our responsibility for services we have expressly agreed to provide.
8. Responsibility and mandatory rights
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused only by reliance on unconfirmed public information or by third-party service failure outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms when the website, services or law changes. The version in force when a transaction is confirmed applies together with its specific written terms. Cyprus law governs these website terms, without removing any mandatory protection available to a consumer. Cyprus courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides another forum.
